We continue to ship orders daily practicing CDC safety guidelines including social distancing and frequent sanitizing of all work areas to ensure the safety of customers and employees.

Trend and Fabricut hardware, including Quick Ship Hardware Sets, will not be available for immediate shipping effective 3/27 due to a COVID-19 government order in North Carolina. We will continue taking orders, although there will be a delay in shipping. We have been given a date of April 16th to resume shipments. This date is subject to change and we will update our customers accordingly.
We are processing Paris Texas Hardware and The Finial Company orders but there may be some delays in shipping at this time due to a temporary reduction in production. We will advise customer deliveries on a per order basis.
If you have not received an order confirmation for an order you placed the week of March 22nd, please contact hardware customer service.
Fabricut’s hardware customer service team continues to take orders on all hardware brands that we sell and is available remotely to assist you with your hardware needs.

Finished Products Side Panels, Draperies and Top Treatments have a current lead time of 5 to 6 weeks, however, our lead times are changing rapidly. Roman Shades have a current lead time of 4 weeks.

As a result of North Carolina's shelter-in-place/stay-at-home mandate, our factory is closed until Monday, April 20th. As a result, all existing orders will take an additional three weeks to complete. Our lead time on new orders is eight to ten weeks from time of reopening.
